Dear readers and friends,
Also today a life coaching article on the main levels of human experience. This article also has the function of helping if accompanied by a sincere introspection, because as I always repeat: no one can lie to himself and it is useless to fool oneself. These articles stimulate self-understanding, to accept oneself, to change where one can and above all to love oneself. Obviously, those who need help must contact the personnel prepared to do so.
When we engage in the process of growth in life, we engage in growth in spirit, identity, self-awareness, and self-regulation. Looking at things from different angles helps us discover the parts we are playing in our lives. The "five major levels of human experience" offer a simple framework for analyzing and breaking down our problems by inviting us to reflect and consider how our problems are affecting us on five different levels.
SPIRITUAL
The things we internalize about our identity reside in the spiritual core of ourselves. If we adopt the negative and harmful labels assigned to us by ourselves or others, we bury them deep in our spirituality of self. What resides in our spiritual self is what affects our confidence and self-esteem.
“It is that the individual has within himself vast resources for self-understanding, for altering his self-concept, self-directed attitudes and behaviors – and that these resources can be tapped if only a definable climate of facilitative psychological attitudes can be provided”
VOLIONAL
Volition represents the choices we make based on our emotional and spiritual well-being. Our volitional decisions are our responses to who we believe we are: so if we believe we are limited, our behaviors will become limited. People who bring deeply negative beliefs about themselves into their spiritual part of their lives behave in ways that punish them in some way: they act reclusive and stop socializing, they stop talking to people and they stop laughing. They can also develop self-destructive habits involving food, drugs, and even self-harm.
“Most people go through life trying to be someone they are not, but real power comes from accepting the truth about who you are and running with it to the best of your ability” - Kain Ramsay.
RATIONAL
Our logic is what determines the choices we make because our rationality symbolizes the quality of the thoughts we have. The quality of thoughts governs our emotional state and emotional reactions. Rational is what constitutes the nuance within emotional responses to similar circumstances: Not everyone who is depressed because they just lost their job turns into binge or starving, or turns to alcohol or social seclusion. People may face the same emotional problems under the same circumstances as someone else, but they have strong-willed responses completely different to their situation due to their logic.
EMOTIONAL
There are individuals who cannot understand or identify what emotions they are feeling, instead others who are more aware, know how to identify them well and are usually the reason why they are in difficulty. The trouble is that so many individuals are unaware that we cannot afford to have emotions as conditions of our being, that is, we cannot afford to label ourselves as having an emotional condition. How come? Because emotions are only based on thought, not fact, and unlike many physical conditions, are under our control. While negative emotions seem impossible to change for most people, they have the potential to be as fleeting and temporary as the happiness and gratification in our lives are.
PHYSICIST
Physical problems can trigger emotional conditions: People who go through serious life-changing health problems usually become emotionally devastated by the impact their physical health has had on their life. They may no longer be able to do the things they used to or enjoy life as they once did, so they become depressed, sad, anxious, stressed, angry, and frustrated.
Obviously the work on oneself is always the most difficult and longest, but it is the basis of all our relationships and depending on it we have a more or less rewarding life.
