MANUAL FOR READERS

 Hello all you beautiful souls.

This article was born with the premise of explaining the why of my blog and how to use it, let's say as a manual for users.

My name is Salvatore Alii or lea Moana Russo, I am a holistic wellness operator, a reiki master, life coach and shaman.

I have been dealing with wellness from a holistic point of view for many years, as many years as I travel around the world.

First of all, I want to express my thoughts on approaching the so-called alternative or complementary treatments.

I begin by saying that they are not intended as replacement therapies for classical medicine, but as a lifestyle to be implemented, possibly every day, to avoid or reduce the onset of more or less serious diseases. The blog articles will deal with various topics that can help the healing of many diseases but are not intended as substitutes for classical medicine, they are complementary, that is, they help classical medicine, diagnoses are not made for the treatment of diseases, that is up to doctors and all the people qualified to do so.

Approaching holistic and natural medicine is not easy, mainly because they are to be understood as lifestyles, that behind each technique there is a more or less generally acceptable philosophy for our Western canons. Some techniques and advice are really useful after a previous medical examination, but I repeat again, they must not lead the patient or the reader to abandon medical therapies or take a different path from the one indicated by the doctors.

I always say that a healthy lifestyle avoids many diseases of our century. I can affirm and share the holistic concept of illness, as the masters say: Physical illness is the manifestation of an inner malaise that is now serious and manifests itself in the physical body, mainly caused by our erroneous living.

Concept controversial in some respects, but we will come back to it later in other articles.

Well, most of them come from the east, like China, Japan, India. Etc. examples are Yoga, meditation, Reiki, acupressure or acupuncture and herbal medicine.

How do we approach these disciplines?

Since most of us have not received an oriental education, we must first get used to a new way of thinking, because they are not just exercises or techniques. They are real ways of life. It may seem strange at first, but in a few weeks you will begin to benefit from the commitment undertaken.

I always recommend a life as close as possible to the rhythms of nature, a balanced diet, healthy physical exercise and the practice of one or more of these disciplines. You will see that the results will surely come.

Many of the disciplines that will be covered in the blog indicate or suggest guides to a lifestyle tested and used for centuries, to which techniques are linked which one approaches gradually with sincere commitment which obviously cannot be explained or much less performed by reading an article on a blog or site.

Having written this, I hope that the articles posted on my blog will be useful to you.
