Dear readers,
today we will talk about a vision of the disease and its cure according to the shamanic tradition in the world. One of the oldest visions which, to my great pleasure and pride and revenge, has taken over again: "The recovery of the soul".
Holistically, we should have learned by now, the concept of disease is different from classic medicine. A concept deriving from oriental medicine, all agree on this concept; which is of great relevance to me, says that:
There is no single disease but the sick man in his entirety, and that the disease is the manifestation of an inner malaise that is exteriorized on the outside.
Let's not go into the merits of this interpretation by leaving this debate for other articles, let's continue with the subject of this article: soul retrieval.
Shamanism, the oldest spiritual practice known to mankind, believes that when we suffer an emotional or physical trauma, a "piece" of our soul leaves the body to survive that experience, causing the loss of a part of the soul. Sandra Ingerman
Here the definition of soul that is being used indicates our essence, the life force, the one that keeps us alive and flourishing.
In almost all shamanic cultures in the world it is believed that the disease is due to a loss of soul parts, even if for some time now the concept has been learned and disseminated everywhere, perhaps by changing the name, or technique but always based on the same concept.
Soul retrieval is a millenary shamanic practice that aims to bring light and harmony back into a person's life.
The shaman's job is to bring back the lost soul fragments to the person by helping to reintegrate them. The effects of soul retrieval vary from person to person . When the soul is recovered, the emotions and thoughts linked to the trauma dissolve, restoring well-being and awareness to the rightful owner, often releasing repressed or dormant talents.
The benefit of soul retrieval is increased integrity, vitality and the liberation of the soul itself to move through life again with full potential!
Every emotional issue or situation you have experienced in your life has taken a part of you with it. You spontaneously gave a part of yourself to these situations and it fragmented your soul. Your soul fragments because with every emotional trauma you experience pain, sadness, anger, fear, or other negative emotions.
You also feel a great sense of defeat. You often feel lonely, distant, broken, depressed, etc. Whether you realize it or not, you have given a part of yourself to the person, place, thing, or issue that is at the heart of the situation.
When you give away a part of yourself you have what is called a fragmented soul, you are not whole, you are broken into pieces and they are scattered.
Soul Retrieval is a powerful technique for reawakening and integrating energy lost in life's painful and traumatic experiences. It makes use of Shamanic Journey as a means to heal and transform the present.
Now, before mentioning the shamanic journey, that shamanic-mind is the "cure" for the loss of soul pieces, I would like to say a few words about how to avoid the loss of these soul pieces as much as possible.
I am increasingly convinced that prevention is the best cure, the holistic one is based on changing one's lifestyle. I always repeat this concept, but in my opinion it is the first fundamental step to get out of patterns and self-induced diseases.
As I have already pointed out several times, it is not the techniques that can be learned in the news ether, but the philosophy of life behind them that "cures" the person.
Shamanism as a lifestyle, as you look at it, has great power to solve many problems that afflict us today.
At the beginning of the article I mentioned that I was proud of the revenge of this long mocked vision of life, unfortunately I have witnessed it many times, they still look at me with distrust saying: "Here the shaman has arrived", and laugh out loud. Well now that so many of the lessons I learned in Mexico and around the world have a scientific explanation, little has changed and little interests me. What gives me the most satisfaction is helping those who want to approach this culture and be of help to others.
I close this brief personal parenthesis to introduce the last part of this article, the recovery of the soul through a shamanic journey.
To put the pieces of yourself back together, to take back the pieces of your soul that you have lost, Shamans use shamanic journeying for soul retrieval; since the shamanic journey is performed for different reasons, it is distinguished according to the reason for the journey.
It is a journey where you must travel to the depths of your being. You visualize a spiritual journey where you enter, most of the time, the earth into the realm below, which is symbolic: you enter the innermost caverns of your mind or subconscious.
Then, as people feel more present in their bodies and in the world, they begin to become more aware of behaviors that could throw them back out of balance and out of harmony . If a person has already done a lot of personal work, soul retrieval may be the end of his or her work. If not, it could be, on the contrary, the beginning of the work. Sandra Ingerman.
The shamanic journey, now widespread throughout the news ether, can also be done alone without the help of the shaman even if it is preferable to have some experience before making a journey of this type. The traditional procedure initially requires a shamanic journey to meet your spirit animal , then with the aid and help of your power animal embark on a soul retrieval journey.
The now widespread procedure is that of a guided meditation that takes you inside your being, a journey that is not easy and dangerous.
Later I leave you two links for shamanic journeys taken from YouTube where you can find many different ones. The concept is always the same, enter the earth below, enter a passage that leads into the earth to find your lost pieces and bring them back with you. I also added the one to meet your guide animal.
Obviously the article does not claim to be exhaustive, but enough to intrigue you and embark on a shamanic journey, a hope so sustained.
To end this article, I suggest a comparison with a psychological theory called the theory of holes studied during a life coach journey.
With the hope of having intrigued you enough to bring you closer to this wonderful journey, I ask you to leave your mark with your comments.
