WHO WERE YOU? WHO ARE YOU? WHO WILL YOU BECOME? TEN POWERFUL CREATIVE QUESTIONS TO START GETTING TO KNOW YOURSELF BETTER

 Dear readers and friends,

This article also has the function of helping if accompanied by sincere introspection, because as I always repeat: no one can lie to themselves and it is useless to fool ourselves. These articles stimulate self-understanding, to accept ourselves, to change where possible and above all to love ourselves. As in every context of Life Coaching that we are examining, there are only small explanations and many questions. Finding these answers is our task, discovering ourselves and then improving ourselves and loving ourselves for what we are is the ultimate goal. As has already been said in several articles:

“A question at the right time can change your life or at least your vision of it.”

Once again I ask you not to substitute an expert for this article, if you need help there are the structures and the right staff for this purpose, contact them.

A key idea that we have repeated throughout these articles is that  “responsibility breeds empowerment .” Many people feel down, depressed, and defeated because of their current situation and what is happening to them. They believe that things are happening to them that are out of their control, and they may even believe that other people have control over them and that they have no choice but to obey them.  This fatalistic mindset is not the solution and certainly does not help solve problems.

“Grow with discipline. Balance intuition with rigor. Innovate around the core. Don’t embrace the status quo. Find new ways of seeing. Never expect a silver bullet. Get your hands dirty. Listen with empathy and over-communicate with transparency. Tell your story, refusing to let others define you. Use authentic experiences to inspire. Stick to your values, they are your foundation. Make the hard choices; it’s how you execute that matters. Be decisive in times of crisis. Be agile. Find truth in trials and lessons in mistakes. Be accountable for what you see, hear, and do.” —Howard Schultz

These simple questions that explore your past to get to your future through a short and intense present can help you clarify the part of the journey you have taken and what you still have to do.
