Dear readers and friends,
Today I present to you an article on Reiki, a fantastic discipline that I hold dear. This article explains the meaning of the Kanji or Reiki pictogram and its most common uses.
“You will never find the truth if you are not willing to accept even what you did not expect.” (Heraclitus)
“If you want to heal your body you must first heal your soul.” Plato
Three laws of energy
First law - The whole universe is made up of energy. All energy vibrates, therefore all of the universe is a vibration. Energy vibrates at different speeds, so it shows different qualities to our senses.
Second law - Energy must flow, so to do so it must be in a constant state of different potential level.
Third Law - Energy of a certain quality, or vibration, attracts energy of the same type. What we emanate comes back to us.
Reiki is a Japanese expression in the two Kanji of which it is composed. These are not ideograms but pictograms.
The word Reiki "Universal Life Energy" consists of two syllables. In Japanese, Rei is equivalent to the unitary and global aspect, the unlimited and universal aspect of this energy, while Ki is each individualized part of Rei, it indicates the vital force present in each of us and in everything, or rather the vital force that has taken a specific form and permeates individually everything that exists. We know how to give a meaning to the word Energy "Ki" - which, however, in this context must be better qualified with the term vital - but, in this same context, to the Universal word "Rei", what meaning is attributed? Universal in that it comes from the universe sun, stars, galaxies… or universal in that it exists in all things, visible and invisible, in the universe? Universal, actually,
Meaning:
- In the empty whiteness, in the eternal and infinite space, the first brushstroke. The first sign takes us back to the birth of heaven, to the creative principle. Energy becomes matter, thickens.
- In the sky now there are clouds that represent movement, change, the alternation of events and existences.
- Slow gathering of clouds, it gives rise to rain, thunder, lightning and the energy of the sky descends to the earth in small drops of water.
- Three mouths open to speak with God to receive the gifts from heaven, to thank him in prayers.
- Men thankful for the bounties received from heaven unite in the temple and offer sacrifices. It is the encounter with the inner sacred space.
- The sequence of the sky, the clouds and the water that descends and evaporates, returning to the sky, is re-proposed.
- We are in the center of our being, symbolized by a grain of rice, here life begins in the seed, in the cell, in the eternal. Up to here the energy of the spirit must descend to reveal and nourish our most intimate essence.
Kanji Reiki is an ancient and powerful symbol. It contains meanings and potentials connected to protection and evolution. The symbol emanates a very strong energy.
Its use:
- painted on the wall of a room or positioned as a picture , it is an emanator of positive energy
- It is a strong protector from geo-pathogenic energies, e.g. Hartmann's nodes
- Placed under the bed, it promotes sleep
- Applied to a socket, it limits damage from electromagnetic emissions
- Inserted in a mobile phone with the drawn part facing the battery, it protects from emanations (Floriano D'Auria)
There are three different versions of this symbol and it can be read at least seven levels deep. REI is translated as universal energy, it means spirit, soul and indicates the principle in the most complete sense of the term. Connecting to REI means connecting with the very source of life: God, Great Spirit, Universal Self. KI is translated as vital energy, it means atmosphere, mind, heart, state of mind. Indicates something that is present in everything that exists, something universal, but at the same time individual. A force that makes everything complete its life cycle. We will be able to refer KI to man, to the earth, to the finite, to the immanent and REI to heaven, to the divine, to the universe, to the transcendent.
The set of REI and KI is then the WHOLE. The creator and the breath of life that emanates, the principle and its manifestation. The meaning of Reiki is then to call the superior dimensions to descend into us, bringing light.
Let's look at the oldest and most original representation, the Japanese ideograms developed from the Chinese ones. For centuries China has been a cultural and religious model for Japan, even in ancient times the Japanese tended to rob other cultures, then adapting them to their own needs.
Here are two definitions:- An ultimate quality ascends from heaven (divinity), is liberated from matter, from a fiery solar force.
- By adding great energy to matter, the divine spiritual components within it are strengthened
It is noteworthy that Reiki does not require particular skills or years of practice: anyone can learn it in a day or two to immediately experience concrete effects! The profound beauty and value of Reiki lies in the fact that it connects us with that part of the Universe where all is guided by wisdom, love and peace. (WLRand).( the spirit of Reiki).
Kanji Reiki embodies many potentialities and still unexplored aspects. This wonderful Kanji
Some uses are listed below
Position the Kanji Reiki in a room, as if it were a painting, or paint it on the wall: it will emit protective and rebalancing energy into the environment (this action takes place thanks to the emission of shape waves, ie by radionic effect). Place the Kanji Reiki in large format (A3 sheet) under the bed (on the floor). Even better if the reproduction is front/rear: the energetic action thus takes place both in a protective and shielding sense (from geopathogenic energies) and in a radiant and balancing sense (thus promoting natural relaxation during sleep). Place a mini reproduction of the Kanji Reiki on a socket of the domestic system (the drawing of the symbol must face the socket). The Kanji will serve to limit the damage caused by electromagnetic emanations. Place a mini reproduction of the Kanji Reiki inside the phone (with the drawing facing the battery); it will help limit the damage caused by electromagnetic emissions. Engraved on a medal, it will protect against negative, geopathic, or electromagnetic field energies. Place a mini reproduction of Kanji Reiki under a bottle or glass: this will help energize the water and purify it from any substances contained in it.
