ILLNESS AND WELL-BEING (Holistically)

Dear readers and friends,                                                                         OlisticaMente kokoro

Einstein gratified us with his discovery… the equation E=mc2. The meaning: everything is energy that cannot be destroyed but varies its state, expressing itself in different frequencies. This discovery, despite having revolutionized physics and science, has been taken a little lightly by medicine and also by psychotherapy. The holistic field that considers man as a whole is today a breath of fresh air for the new Western mentality, where positive thinking is the basis of well-being and the changes that lead to it. The positive changes. The concept in expression is relative (we have mentioned the Theory of Relativity) as positivity also depends on how one looks at an event. The positive leads in the direction of peace, joy, serenity, health and therefore well-being, therefore love.

This attitude leads us to be free from encrustations that are an obstacle to the externalization of our spiritual nature and our awareness, which allows us to take note of what limits our potential: the energy blocked in representations.

For Julian Huxley, man is the evolution that becomes self-conscious, therefore our life has the potential to express its awareness thanks to which we can oppose the energy stall when it occurs.

And it usually manifests itself in four steps that lead to the disease:

· tension
· discomfort
· disharmonious feeling / emotional state
· mental limit / discomfort.
By this we mean any manifestation of imbalance in the body, emotions, mind and soul. The human being has a network that carries energy (information) to each part of the body. About 5,000 years ago, Traditional Chinese Medicine identified the so-called meridians. They represent the interface between us and the environment, they influence and are influenced by the representations (us and the environment) that we have accumulated. An effective way to adjust these representations is to stimulate the energy system through its access points on the skin. By activating them while you are somehow focused on the theme you want to transform, conveys new information by performing a sort of system update regarding the topic at hand. Energy stuck in non-functional representations is released, dissolving illusion/maya, perceived as reality. From there we start to achieve well-being.

We ourselves are the disease

Illness is an occasion that stimulates our reflection to change our attitude towards ourselves, towards our soul, towards life. The disease is only what we have sown and therefore the disease is us. Life is communication and everything that happens between us human beings is based on communication, thinking, looking, loving… it is communication. Behind every form of communication there are sub-communications that represent those feelings and sensations that we are unable to bring out, of which perhaps we are not even aware, they  conceal things or events that we do not want to become aware of that we have repressed and  rejected in the sub -conscious. They become dangerous to our health, because they hurt  for the soul.  The recovery from which the human being draws physical and spiritual well-being takes place in the soul, the the cause of every disease is to be found in a wrong behavior, which penetrates  the soul in the form of "indifference / guilt" and from there acts on our body. So the origin of our physical ailments, the cause, is not to be attributed to pathogens, but  is found in our disharmonies (negative thoughts). For everything to happen at the  right pace, we need to keep our thoughts in order. Positive thoughts allow us healing, harmonious exchanges with our fellow human beings and  body contact, this causes a drop in energy that clears the way for all sorts of diseases. The ego: healing and well-being are achieved by fighting the EGO that manifests itself when  loving contact with our soul. everything negative: thoughts, words, deeds close the door of the soul to ours If we want well-being, positive energies must be able to flow from the soul to the physical body,  we want something only for ourselves, when we think only for ourselves, when we get only for  ourselves. Ego? Only U.S.

Our Ego is made up of aspects contrary to the divinity within us.

Most human beings believe that only the physical body needs
healing, they don't know that the physical body makes visible what happens in the soul. We  create disharmony in our physical body by acting contrary to the law of love,  peace, brotherhood, i.e. against the law of harmony. The triggered causes penetrate the soul, radiating into the physical body and the consequences are  deleterious. But certain holistic knowledge, today they find more and more access to the consciousness  of humanity and more and more individuals / humans believe it is possible to achieve a  total healing that includes body and soul. Any form of life is "vibration" an energy that has different frequencies: spiritual frequencies are very high, while in the material and also in our physical body,  these frequencies are very low. By changing the vibrations of our soul through our "indifferences / mistakes",  we reduce the frequency of our physical body, consequently we give free access to the  state of suffering / disease. We know that energy is vibration, the human being in his spiritual dimension as in  the material one, is vibration and the frequency can be high or low. The transformation of  frequencies occurs through our feelings, thoughts, actions, sensations. If we think  negatively we reverse the polarity of the energy from positive to low vibration, which, activating itself in the soul, has repercussions on the physical body. In our physical body  there are 7 spiritual points that distribute vital energy, in the East they are known as  Chakras, in the West they are known as Centers of Consciousness. Soul force flows through these 7 centers of consciousness called:
· order
· will
· wisdom
· seriousness
· patience
· Love
our self joins one of these centers, based on its content, consequently  cells and organs connected to them, receive strength to the extent of our expression. The neurovegetative system is the control unit of our physical body, our  positive / negative thoughts are welcomed by our nervous system which relaxes or contracts,  causing harmony or disharmony. If the centers of consciousness are the spiritual points of distribution, the nervous system includes  the material points of distribution, they interact in parallel with each other, in the sense that  a positive/negative thought affects both points of distribution:  spiritual / material. The self-healing forces of our physical body are only activated when they are embraced by the  healing of the soul.

Transformation of negativity into positive energy in motion

When a transformation process is concluded and the energy acquires its positivity, it happens that the nervous system relaxes and the sub-conscious and our soul are freed from negative energy and an alchemy takes place in the soul, its transformed energy flows freely into our physical body as vital force and thus spiritual evolution takes place, thanks to which, soul and physical body are filled with light.

Realization of the thought/strength of the positive word

An intensely cultivated thought can become a concrete element of our future, our fate depends a lot on our sensations and our thoughts and on the intensity with which we feed them. The word has strong energy, the word moves energy both in the upper and lower floors. The apostle James says: «The tongue is the world of iniquity, it defiles the whole body and sets fire to the course of life, drawing its flames from Gehenna». Even the books of Proverbs and Sirach often deal with it, and everyone can find goads to be stimulated. In particular, in the book of Sirach there is a passage that cannot be read without trembling.

Healing and the nervous system/ the effect of thoughts on blood

One can observe the effect of thoughts whether they are positive or negative…on the blood: positive thoughts make the blood flow harmoniously and strengthen the red blood cells. How do you see? Under the microscope, of course!
Contrary to the positive effect, a contraction occurs in the blood, which affects the red blood cells, causing a disharmonious movement in this precious red liquid. A conflict, an irritation, causes a disturbance in blood circulation, can also compromise our immune system. Healing occurs through the nervous system whether it is relaxed or contracted…it does its thing
difference.

Jung and the Self

For Jung the "Self" is the psychic totality, from which the Ego is born as an individual consciousness, to which the Ego remains united, and to which the Ego must return to submit. At the same time, the Self is the regulating principle of this psychic dynamic. As a "regulatory principle" the Self does not belong to the natural order, but to the spiritual order; it is not the psyche, but the norm that governs the psyche and assigns it the purpose, which is the supreme purpose of human existence: to become a single being, an individual, meaning by individuality "our most intimate, ultimate, incomparable and singular peculiarity, to become oneself, to realize one's Self. Jung's task was difficult, because it is difficult to make traditional doctors understand the radical distinction between psyche and spirit. Emotions, feelings, impulses, the images of psychic life, of experience escape becoming. The Self can only belong to the world of the intelligible. The Self, descends immediately from the being conceived as the foundation of human existence, which has the soul as its principle.

Subtle cause of disease

On the physical plane everyone is able to indicate where the problem is, on the subtle planes it is a matter of asking the right question to wounds of all kinds which are direct communications from our soul. The symbolic language of the body, which is the most spoken language in the world, however, provides clear indications to often find the solution. Through the understanding of body language, we regain access to our roots, both of culture and of the great human family and we realize how exemplary his way of expressing himself is and how full he is of all the experiences of all times. There are numerous definitions of health and disease.
Well-being and illness (excerpt from the booklet Yogic First Aid)
Evolutionary meaning of the disease and inner well-being

<Well-being represents a physical, psychic, mental, spiritual harmony, which affects the harmony of the entire structure, accompanied by a harmony with the entire universe and a free communication with nature, with the manifested reality. These are the premises for the realization of a state of physical, energetic, emotional, affective, mental and spiritual health: the primordial and natural state of man.>

The way we sleep, talk, live, eat, actions, attitudes, thoughts, feelings, emotions, the people around us and the relationships we establish with them, the way we perceive the world in general, are essential for maintaining the state of well-being. In essence, illness is often a false but deeply rooted belief in being ill. So deeply rooted that it comes to take material forms and manifest itself at the level of the physical body. Illness is therefore the consequence of some low resonances that the being maintains, with the false belief that they are his own. These sometimes have their source at very deep levels, normally inaccessible to ordinary people, but can be perceived by anyone, in their incipient stage of manifestation. in the form of low thoughts and experiences. The common mistake is to consider these manifestations normal and to identify completely with them. Say for example, I'm angry or sad, failing to dissociate and live these experiences with detachment, like flows that run through our structure for some low frequencies that we entertain within us. Many people keep this error because they consider it normal, like children who imitate the behavior of grown-ups, acting angry or grown-up without really experiencing the corresponding states. Over time, however, these mimetic behaviors become habits and lead most of life. Furthermore, it must be remembered that many of these behavior patterns actually belong to the collective subconscious and not to the individual. Illness is in fact a departure from the essence of one's being, having ignorance as a substrate. The sick person is no longer himself, he does not know himself and is estranged from who he really is with different degrees and varieties of estrangement and therefore of illness. Consequently, true healing presupposes finding oneself, recognizing the true nature of being. For this reason it needs a conscious, active and participatory mobilization supported by various types of remedies that lead to the rediscovery of the Self. According to some authors, such as Baley, diseases can also be defined as caused by undue imbalances and abuses of certain powers that have been given to each of us in a different way. Every disease is therefore always a message that comes from our body, from our interiority and from our soul. The more serious and long the illness is, the more distant we are from ourselves, immersed in the mind and in the confusion of the world. When the body suffers, when the heart suffers, when our interiority is sick, it means that we are lost, we have moved away from our needs, from life, from existence.

Our body was created to feel good, life to enjoy, the soul to celebrate, and every obstacle to bliss is a block that we have in the head and that prevents us from loving each other: regardless of religions, beliefs and behaviors social.
Each of us has a body with an animal instinct, emotions with which to feel, a mind to reason with, a heart to love and love and a soul to be aware. Nothing more is needed, on the contrary, it is necessary to remove the superfluous and remain with the essential.

There are thousands and thousands of diseases, because just as many are the messages that reach us: first as external signals, then as indications in our lives and then as real diseases!
And the harder and more distant we are from ourselves, the more serious the problems and illnesses will be. Many treatises, from the Essenes to the Tibetans, deal with the theme of the "art of healing", teaching the laws of healing and indicating the causes of the most common illnesses; however, they all specify that these must be identified not only and not so much in the physical - as current science believes - but rather in the various BODIES or KOSHAs, of the human being: the physical, the astral and the causal. united; however, they all specify that these must be identified not only and not so much in the physical - as current science believes - but rather in the various BODIES or KOSHAs,
