CRYSTAL THERAPY, ANCIENT ALTERNATIVE THERAPY (3)

Dear Readers and Friends,

Here is the third article in the series of articles on crystal therapy. For continuity of reading I leave you the link of the first and second articles.

CRYSTAL THERAPY, ANCIENT ALTERNATIVE THERAPY (1)

CRYSTAL THERAPY, ANCIENT ALTERNATIVE THERAPY (2)

Crystal therapy is an ancient alternative therapy that uses the properties of crystals to restore physical and mental balance and promote well-being throughout the body.

Crystal therapy is based on a premise common to other holistic disciplines and traditional medicines according to which behind a physical disorder or emotional discomfort there is an energetic imbalance.

What are crystals and stones? They are the concrete meeting of four elements of creation: AIR, WATER, EARTH, FIRE. They are single individuals and have the memories of all their experiences enclosed within themselves.

After having seen the theory about shapes and composition, today we will talk theoretically about the external shape and color and their influence on the propagation or attraction of energy of crystals. At the end of the article I will leave a series of common stones that can be used.

THE EFFECT OF THE EXTERNAL SHAPE

Although the internal lattice – invisible to the naked eye – is fundamental to the energy of crystals, the external shape is also important.  It is not necessarily a reflection of the internal lattice, especially when the crystal has been artificially shaped, but it can subtly alter the flow of energy.

Sphere: Emits energy all around with equal intensity. Forms a window to facilitate movement in time.

Cluster (druse): several spikes on a base radiate energy in various directions.

Double ended: The spikes on both ends emit energy. The double ends break old patterns and move energy in both directions through the grid. The rounded ends radiate energy into a larger space.

Place it upside down in the grids to channel energy into a body or the earth, or upright to radiate it outward.

Elestial: Folded with many terminations, windows, and internal planes, an ellestial crystal radiates gently flowing energy and paves the way for discernment and change.

Faceted: Precious and semi-precious stones are often faceted to increase the amount of light that enters the crystal, creating brilliance. This does not make them more effective when used, rough or tumbled stones work just as well.

Generator: Six-pointed end or multiple points that radiate equally in all directions. Focuses healing energy or intention brings people together.

Geode: This hollow, “cave”-like formation amplifies, stores, and slowly releases energy. Geodes are useful when energy is stagnant and requires constant, regular revitalization. They are also valuable where the earth’s energy is flowing too quickly and a grid has been created to slow or redirect the flow.

Manifestation: A smaller crystal enclosed within an outer crystal. As the name suggests, it has the power of manifestation, especially that of abundance, but can be used for any intention.

Merkeba: Representation of the divine “source” energy, the Merkaba is a three-dimensional eight-pointed star tetrahedron formed by two triangular pyramids, one oriented upwards, the other downwards. It balances and harmonizes energy, lowering cosmic vibrations and grounding them in the physical plane, thus uniting the “above” with the “below”.

Palm Stone : Flat and round, they calm and quiet the mind. They are perfect at the center of grids aimed at realizing your main desires.

Ghost: The pointed internal pyramid breaks old patterns and raises vibrations. Place them with the point facing out in environmental grids to break old patterns and with the point facing in in body-built grids to achieve the same effect.

Tip: A naturally faceted tip expels energy when facing outward and attracts energy when facing inward. Useful for clearing and energizing grids.

Pyramid: A crystal creates energy and pours it out of the tip. Or protects spaces. Great as keystones in grids.

Raw: An unworked piece of crystal or natural stone. Works well in grills because artificially shaping the crystals can subtly alter the natural energy flow of the crystalline material. Also great for outdoor grills because they are scratch-resistant and weather-resistant.

Square: By grounding energy, the square roots and fixes intention. Naturally occurring square crystals, such as pyrite, ward off negative energy and change it.

Scepter: A crystal formed around a central shaft is an excellent tool for empowerment and reorganization. Also useful for activating grids.

Tumbled: Slightly rounded stones drive away negative energy or attract positive energy.

Wand:

Crystals with long or specially shaped points concentrate energy and push it away or attract it, depending on where the point is pointed.

THE EFFECT OF COLOR

Color subtly changes the way the grid works. For example, choosing warm colors energizes, stimulates, and revitalizes. Cold colors attenuate, calm, and mitigate.

The transparent ones energize or dissipate, depending on the grid, and generally raise the vibrations.

The dark ones root the energy, they absorb it.

Typically, certain colors are associated with certain chakras, but this should not limit the use of different crystals.

If, for example, through divination crystals have been chosen that are apparently different from those that should be intended for a certain purpose, this does not mean that the divination is wrong, but rather that the crystal serves to harmonize the energies, stimulating or sedating.

BLACK

Strongly protective, able to absorb energies, therefore negativity, toxins, bad luck. They neutralize and detoxify. They root, keep you grounded, protect the environment, help to recognize hidden potentials and concealed opportunities.

BROWN

They cleanse and purify, ground and protect. They absorb negative energies and radiations. They stabilize, center, balance and promote harmony with the natural environment.

GREY AND SILVER

They transform the negative into positive. They serve to heal the emotional wounds that remain in our hidden part, as well as to bring out our potential.

GOLD

Abundance and manifestation. Attracts energy and raises vibrations. For prosperity and to energize.

RED

Energizes and reactivates, stimulates blood circulation and creativity. Being very stimulating, it is not suitable for long-term use.

ROSE

Unconditional love. Attracts love, comforts, relieves anxiety. Calms, eases pain, helps with grief and separation, helps to forget trauma and accept.

FISHING

Gently energizing, it brings harmony and vitality. Balance, it combines love with action.

ORANGE

It attracts abundance and joy, energizes and vitalizes, stimulates creativity. It helps to translate projects from the mental to the physical plane.

YELLOW

Balances emotions and intellect, gives clarity and concentration. Relieves depression, warms, revitalizes.

GREEN

Calming and purifying. It brings healing, tranquility, balance, compassion. It calms emotional excesses and refreshes the spirit.

WATER GREEN - TURQUOISE

Stimulates spiritual awareness and metaphysical abilities. Gives serenity and relaxation. Unites the heart with intuition.

BLUE

Self-expression and healing. Develops intuition and elevates consciousness, giving mystical perceptions.

INDIGO

Awakens spiritually. Connects to higher states of consciousness. Stimulates intuition and calms in case of energetic overload.

LAVENDER - LILAC - VIOLET

They draw spiritual energy to the physical plane and raise consciousness. They encourage solidarity and higher states of awareness.

MAGENTA

Red of a higher octave, connects to multidimensional realities. Expands awareness and raises vibrations.

TRANSPARENT - WHITE

Purity and purification. Raises vibration and connects to higher states of consciousness. Increases understanding, develops intuition, clarifies situations. Energizes, revitalizes and heals.

After the theory comes the practice, and as promised I leave you some stones suitable for a very specific purpose: to combat the feeling of loneliness.
