Dear readers and friends,
As for my preference for prescribing herbal teas rather than various supplements in pill or capsule form, I've discussed this enough in past articles. However, I reiterate their usefulness especially for those who tend not to drink much water and for those with a hectic life.
The preparation time of the herbal tea and its consumption is a good excuse to stop and carve out some time for yourself, release tension and an opportunity to drink water that is the source of life.
Here are the herbal tea recipes with their dosage and preparation.
