DISCOVER YOUR WAY

 Dear readers and friends,

Today I'm talking about a shamanic work to discover one's own path and as you will see as you continue reading, it will seem like a life coaching article, with questions and sincere introspection. To say that in human history some theories considered obsolete and fantastic have changed names and added more scientific bases and have turned into irrefutable realities. Discovering your own path or the way forward in your life is not easy, but by answering these questions with absolute sincerity without lying to yourself, you will have many clues on which path to take.

As with any introspective work we are examining, there are little explanations and lots of questions. Finding these answers is our task, discovering ourselves and then improving ourselves and loving ourselves for who we are is the ultimate goal. As has already been said in several articles:  A question at the right time can change your life or at least the vision you have of it.

DISCOVER YOUR WAY

  • What is it  that you love to do?
  • What is it  that you enjoy doing whether or not you get paid to do it?
  • What are you inclined to learn or study?
  • What is it  that completely absorbs you and makes you lose track of time?

These are all clues to help you discover your path in life. Whatever you do with joy and peace of mind is related to your path in life. When you do something and you seem to merge with it, so lost in time that you seem to notice nothing else, most likely you are dedicating yourself to something you have been called to do, a part of your life's work or mission.

Have you ever experienced Déjà Vu?

The phrase means "seen it before," it's used when you have the sudden feeling that you've done the same thing exactly the same way before. These experiences are a signal for you to let you know that you are on the right track, that you are where you should be right now.

There are two types of Déjà Vu, the first type being the experience described above, when you have a strong feeling that you have done this exact thing before in the exact same way. This is a signal. The second type is when you have the feeling that you have done that thing in exactly the same way, but the vision continues revealing you as a short film of the events that have been set in motion at this particular moment. This is a kind of premonition. This form of Déjà Vu will give you a few minutes to make a quick decision and change something.

Take a look at your life by looking at the big picture:

  • How much of what you do is just habits that make you feel comfortable but hold you back from following your own personal power path?
  • Which of the things that have happened in your life have helped you grow, learn, and made you stronger?
  • What events have occurred in your life, what lessons have you learned?
  • What courses or what kind of studies brought you to where you are now?
  • What are the little things that helped help you on your way?

These are all clues that can help you discover who you are and what your path is. You have to know yourself and recognize who you are in order to live to your full potential.

You are the architect of your life, you are in control of your life – take back control and regain your power! This may require a lot of work on yourself but it is definitely worth it.

Shamanic work is very practical, without beating about the bush: it is based on attention, feeling yourself and following that little voice that suggests what to do. When you pay attention to your own feelings and remain silent to listen, without external conditioning, you rise to a greater awareness of your being, your way of life and what surrounds you. Obviously it's not simple or immediate like any work on yourself but you have to "train" and never get tired of being a better person than you were yesterday.
